Scientific 7 Minute Workout results and alternatives I've been doing the [Scientific 7 Minute Workout](http://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2013/05/09/the-scientific-7-minute-workout/) for a while, and I wanted to share with you people [my results](http://www.developingandstuff.com/2013/09/50-days-of-scientific-7-minute-workout.html), and get some suggestions for future improvement.
* Should I continue, upping the repetitions to 2 or 3 sets a day?
* Should I try a new workout plan? I've been thinking about trying the [Bruce Lee 30 day challenge](http://neilarey.com/challenges/bruce-lee.html), for example, but I'm open to new plans, as long as no equipment is needed (I do it at home).
Thanks for your help! :)

After downloading some diagnostics software, I saw the culprit was the graphics card, which was overheating (up to 86ºC), which made the fan run like mad to keep up. So, I decided to clean it.
I removed the card from the tower, looked at it, saw a bunch of screws, and got to work. After disassembling the whole thing, I found 3 years worth of dirt, which were clogging the fan exhaust like it was nobody's business. A quick swab with a tootpick plus my trusty vacuum cleaned solved it. It looked so much better when I was done ([pic](http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-OyFBaQ5VfSc/VKAwRmoYR5I/AAAAAAAAMjk/H1Hv9Lw7YJg/s1600/IMG_20141228_110910.jpg))
I was feeling so proud of myself I even wrote a [blog post](http://www.developingandstuff.com/2014/12/how-to-clean-your-graphics-card.html) about it. The computer was running perfectly now, with temperatures of 41ºC - 66ºC, and I could play some games at settings I didn't know my old PC could handle.
Up until the next day. After about 12 hours of use, it all went to hell. Suddenly, the screen turned black, the GPU fan started revving at max speed (something I've never seen before, not even before cleaning, and no measure of restarting, fiddling around, and reassembling the GPU made it work again.
So yeah, One classy blog post and some hours of gaming netted me a potential loss of 200€.
